Patrick de Haan, manager of the PDH International agency, located at 10 Place Georges Clémenceau, 83550 Vidauban since 2008, had already been active in real estate since 1982 in Belgium, more specifically in Antwerp, the diamond city. After moving to Vidauban in 2004, he received many requests from people looking to buy a house, villa, or apartment in the Var region. That’s how the idea of creating an agency with international connections — with Belgium, the Netherlands, etc. — was born. The first client who bought a beautiful villa in our charming village had one condition: the villa had to be visited once a week and a checklist had to be completed.
